largeRobert has been in the employment law field for nearly 10 years and handles the initial client intake process for the firm, while helping the clients evaluate potential claims and walking the client through the initial steps. Robert serves as the Case Manager for the firm, tracking each case, overall case management and communicates with clients on a one on one personal basis. Robert works closely with our wonderful clients from the very early stages of each case, ensuring that the clients’ questions are being answered and that the clients are prepared for the litigation process. Robert is responsible for supporting the attorneys from the inception of a claim, the DFEH and EEOC process, through the litigation process with identifying causes of action, complaints, pre-trial discovery, depositions with a strong focus on resolving the clients’ claims either through the mediation process and also focuses heavily on trial preparation.
