Armando M. Galvan is a senior associate attorney at the Law Offices of David R. Denis, P.C. Mr. Galvan is experienced in general civil litigation, employment law, and appellate law and has worked in cases including other areas of law such as legal malpractice, insurance coverage, bad faith, surety law, real estate, product liability, contract disputes, malicious prosecution, and intellectual property.
Included among the cases Mr. Galvan has handled as the lead author of the brief on appeal are Ricard v. Grobstein, 6 Cal.App.4th 157 (1992), rehearing denied (1992) and review denied (1992), and Tabaz v. Cal Fed, 27 Cal.App.4th 789 (1994), review denied (1994). 
Mr. Galvan has also worked on a number of complex class action cases as well. Following law school, he clerked for one year for the late Honorable Roger D. Foley, senior judge for the United States District of Nevada and assisted his judge with the writing of the published opinion in Fallini v. Hodel, 725 F.Supp. 1113 (1989), judgment affirmed on appeal, Fallini v. Hodel, 963 F.2d 275 (9th Cir. 1992). 
Mr. Galvan received his juris doctor from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. He also received a Masters in Public Policy from the The Richard and Rhoda Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley.
Mr. Galvan speaks, reads and writes Spanish fluently. As an English Major from Pomona College, Claremont, he is an avid reader of literature and loves the arts. He enjoys singing and playing guitar and enjoys time spent with his two daughters.
